Lotus Notes Technical Support Engineers - Great working Environment and Benefits
Leading Software Company requires Technical Support Engineers You will have in-depth practical experience of * Domino, as a systems or network administrator. You should also have experience of the Windows operating systems, in particular XP Pro, 2000 and 2003.. You will be the first point of contact for existing and potential customers requiring support . You will have a minimum of two years? experience in a Technical Support capacity. Excellent communications skills and a flexible approach to work is essential. Duties will include providing comprehensive telephone and email support to users of my client`s products, general troubleshooting and integration into a variety of operating systems, providing on-site support and consultancy to existing and potential customers, recreating customer network configurations on our test networks.
